Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products that have been opened or used (such as filters, water treatments, etc.) unless damaged or defective
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at support@ulvarx.xyz or via our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number which must be included with the return shipment.
- Pack Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in new, unused condition. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at support@ulvarx.xyz. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement item. Returns for exchanges will be processed as refunds, subject to our return policy guidelines.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ulvarx.xyz. We will attempt to accommodate cancellations, but once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel. In such cases, you will need to return the item after delivery.
International Returns
For international orders, the return policy applies, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any associated taxes.
